What happens if my check is returned?

DBCP Productions charges a $30 returned check fee.

Why do I need to include an e-mail when ordering?

You may be contacted via this e-mail regarding your purchase. This information will never be sold, disclosed, or be used in any form to contact you except regarding your order.

What if my product is defective?

All products are inspected and tested prior to being shipped. In the rare occasion that you do, however, receive a defective item, we are happy to replace it free of charge if it is returned within 14 days of the initial purchase. After 14 days, a $5 processing fee will be assessed for product replacement. DBCP Productions cannot and will not be held responsible for products that are damaged in shipping. The receipt mailed with your product is required for product replacement and must be returned if you are having your product replaced.

When and how will my order ship?

Your order will ship via the United State's Postal Service unless otherwise noted. Products are usually shipped within 2 weeks, but DBCP Productions has no control over delivery by the Post Office.
