Checks should be made payable to "Doug Bullard" and full payment is due at the time the finished product is received. Defective DVDs, VHS tapes and other forms of media must be returned for replacement within 14 days of initial purchase. After 14 days, a $5.00 processing fee will be assessed for the replacement. DBCP Productions charges a $30.00 returned check fee. A 35% down payment muct be made on projects of $500 or more. All pricing is subject to change without notice. Minimum purchases may accompany some products and services.
