Rides and Attractions:
Maverick - New at Cedar Point in 2007 will be Maverick, a $21 million steel roller coaster. Located in Frontiertown, Maverick will feature a twisting course that winds between canyon walls, over water and through a dark tunnel. It will be Cedar Point’s 17th roller coaster, more coasters than any park in the world.
Cedar Point & Lake Erie Railroad - Judy K. has been mostly refurbished for the 2007 season.
Scrambler - The Scrambler received a fresh coat of paint for 2007.
Jr. Gemini - Height requirement is now between36" and 54" to ride.
Red Baron - Height requirement is now between 36" and 54" to ride.
Troika - Height requirement is now 42" to ride. Guests between 42" and 54" must be accompanied by a responsible person.
Restaurants and Food Venues:
Chick-fil-a - This popular chicken chain will entice guests with chicken sandwiches, wraps, waffle fries and more. Chick-fil-a will replace the former Frontier Inn. Chick-fil-a will be closed on Sundays.
Panda Express - Across from the Red Garter Saloon on the Frontier Trail, replacing Trail's End, you'll find Panda Express. This chinese restaurant will be serving up egg rolls, Kung Pao chicken, chow mein, and orange chicken all summer long.
TGI Fridays on the Beach - The restaurant has been updated with the new interior and exterior design of the chain.
TGI Fridays at Castaway Bay - The restaurant has been updated with the new interior and exterior design of the chain.
Ben and Jerry's - Will replace the Ice Cream Parlor.
Chuck Wagon Inn - The Chuck Wagon Inn will feautre mega slice pizza and fresh, organic salads.
Catering and Special Events Department - You now have the ability to customize any menu for your special event.
Hotel Breakers Buffet - Replacing Dominic's.
Famous Dave's - A new expanded menu will be available.
Johnsonville Brats - Brats to be featured at many locations throughout the park.
Tyson - Most food locations will be serving Tyson Chicken.
Iced Coffee - The famous Starbucks Iced Coffee will be available.
Burgers - 100% all-beef burgers will be available. The burgers will be flame broiled, seasoned, and cooked to order.
Shops & Merchandise:
Maverick On-Ride Photo - As you return from your journey through the "Wild, Wild West," be sure to check out your picture, located at the exit of Maverick. Your photo will be taken twice; once in the launch tunnel and once as you're exiting the barrel roll.
On-Ride Experience Video - Raptor and Woodstock Express will be receiving a DVD On-Ride Experience Video system. Cameras will be mounted to each row of the train.
$9.99 and Under - A $9.99 and under shop will replace Wild Republic.
Emporium - Discount Depot will become the Emporium.
Games:
3-Point Challenge - After much success last year, another 3-Point Challenge shooting game will be making its debut this season. Located between Stockade Refreshments and Cedar Creek Trading Company, guests will try to beat the clock to get as many baskets as they can in the allotted time.
Shooting Gallery - A new shooting gallery, similar to the one in the Main Arcade, will be replacing Heading West.
Wac-A-Pirate - Coming to the Gemini Games area.
Beat the House - Beat the House will be replacing bowler roller. Players must toss poker chips onto a board with cards on it. Whatever cards the chips fall on will determine the prize they are awarded.
New Arcade - Will be replacing two midway games in the former Star Trax Video location, adjacent to Lotsapalooza.
HalloWeekends:
Parade - HalloWeekends will feature a parade this year.
Extra Weekend - HalloWeekends will be made up of seven weekends this year rather than six.
Live Entertainment:
Dazzle...Beyond Devine - The Divas from the Palace are moving this season to Centennial for an even bigger show – and they’re bringing along some friends.  Joining them are six equally talented guys.  Last year’s Divas show was only the beginning…this year, be prepared to be Dazzled!
Rock 'n Country - The best of Rock and the best of Country unite to form one hot show…and it’s TOTALLY LIVE!  Join us at the Red Garter Saloon for an in-your-face, down home, rockin’ good time!
The Misadventures of Molly and Maverick - Fun…mistaken-identity…music…romance…a bar fight…can-can girls – What more could you ask for?  This and more await you back in Frontier Town.  Come see what mayhem is brewing at the Palace Theatre.
Charlie Brown's Jungle Adventure - Debuting in the Camp Snoopy Theatre.
Guest Services:
Joe Cool Club & Resort Guests ERT - Joe Cool Club members and Resort Guests will receive 1 hour of ERT this year. Rides available will include Maverick, Millennium Force, Skyhawk, Raptor, and the Gemini Children's Area. ERT will begin at 9 am.
Resorts:
Sandcastle Suites - Received a new exterior facade.
Policies and Procedures:
Designated Smoking Areas - For the comfort of all of our guests, smoking is permitted in designated smoking areas only. These areas are located between the Giant Wheel and Troika, across from the Red Garter Saloon to the right of Panda Express, near the Frontier Town Train Station, near the Raptor restrooms, and near the Paddlewheel Excursions entrance/base of Top Thrill Dragster. Additional areas are located in our catering pavilions at Point Pavilion and Coral Courtyard.
Minimum Age at Resorts - Guests must now be 18 years of age to book a room at a Cedar Point hotel.
Tickets, Admission, and Discounts:
Maxx Pass - The new MAXX Pass (ages 3-61, 48 inches and taller in shoes), will be valid for unlimited visits to Cedar Point and all Cedar Fair, L.P. ride parks for only $125
Maxx Plus Pass - For even more value and entertainment, the new MAXX Plus Pass (ages 3-61, 48 inches and taller in shoes), valid for unlimited visits to Cedar Point, Soak City and all Cedar Fair, L.P. ride and outdoor waterparks, will go on sale for $149.95. A Junior MAXX Plus Pass (ages 3-61, under 48 inches tall in shoes) and Senior MAXX Plus Pass (age 62 and older) will also be available for only $79.95.
2007 Cedar Point Season Pass - A 2007 Cedar Point Season Pass (ages 3-61, 48 inches and taller), valid for unlimited visits to Cedar Point, is only $94.95. The Junior Season Pass (age 3-61, under 48 inches tall) and Senior Season Pass (age 62 and older) will be available for only $49.95. Children age 2 and under are free.
2007 General Admission - A Cedar Point Funday ticket (Ages 3-61, 48" and taller) is available for $41.95. Junior and Senior Funday tickets will be only $11.95. A general Ride and Slide 2-Day ticket will be $69.95 while a Starlight Admission will be$24.95. Daily parking is $10.
Operating Hours and Special Events:
May Operating Hours - Most weekday hours in May are now 10 AM to 7 PM through May 24th.
June Operating Hours - Sunday through Friday the Park is open from 10 AM to 10 PM.
July Operating Hours - Sunday through Friday, with the exception of July 4th, the Park is open from 10 AM to 10 PM.
August Operating Hours - Sunday through Friday through August 19 the park is open from 10 AM to 10 PM.
HalloWeekends - This year there will be seven HalloWeekends, beginning the weekend of September 14.
Gone, But Not Forgotten:
Extreme Splash! - The divers of Extreme Splash! took their final plunge in 2006. There will be no diving show at the Aquatic Stadium this season.
Frontier Inn - Once situated in a shady area of Frontier Town serving pizza, meatball subs, calzones, and fresh salads, Frontier Inn will become a Chick-fil-a for 2007.
Trail's End/Dastardly Dan's/Coyote Cody's - Located near Millennium Force at the beginning of the Frontier Trail, Trail's End once served made-to-order subs and baked chicken. In 2007 a Panda Express will take its place.
Discount Depot - Being replaced by the Emporium.
Wild Republic - Being replaced by $9.99 and Under.
Heading West - Being replaced by a new Shooting Gallery.
Bowler Roller Game - Being replaced by Beat the House.
Ice Cream Parlor - Being replaced by Ben and Jerry's Ice Cream.
Dominic's at the Hotel Breakers - Being replaced by a new buffet.
