More on Lake Erie boat accident
Roger Raglin of the popular television show Roger Raglin Outdoors was among the eight people injured late Tuesday night when a charter boat crashed into a breakwall near Cedar Point.
According to a release by the ODNR Division of Watercraft, the Oklahoma resident was returning to the Battery Park Marina after spending a day on Lake Erie filming a show for the Outdoor Channel. The Division of Watercraft said it appears as though operator inattention was the cause of the accident.

Boat runs into Cedar Point breakwall
Three people suffered critical injuries and five others were wounded in a boating accident at Cedar Point's breakwall late Tuesday night.
According to reports released from the Sandusky Fire Department, a distress call was made at about 11:30 p.m. from a marine radio of a boat that had hit Cedar Point's breakwall. Sandusky police and fire, along with the Coast Guard and Cedar Point police responded to the scene.
